How to brush your teeth

1. Choose a toothbrush with bristles that are not hard or not too soft, and choose the size that fits the mouth not too small or too big

2. Choose toothpaste that contains fluoride. To help prevent tooth decay

3. Place the brush at an angle of 45 degrees to the edge of the gum, and brush teeth gently, sweeping away from the edge of the gum (Upper tooth swipe down brush up). Do this position several times to clean the surface of the teeth. While brushing, some bristles should gently touch the edge of the gum line in order to clean the teeth around the neck of the teeth next to the gum.

4. Brush slowly in each position to keep teeth and braces until thoroughly clean, and then gradually move to other parts of your teeth until all teeth is done.

5. After brushing the outside of the upper teeth, move down to brush the lower teeth; start brushing from molars from left to right or vice versa.

6. Brush the entire exterior and interior of the upper teeth and the lower teeth.

7. Use dental cleaning tools such as dental floss (such as superfloss or interproxa brush) to clean the teeth where toothbrush cannot reach. Floss teeth as often as possible, or at least before bedtime. Consult your dentist which cleaning tool is best for you.

8. Important to clean the tongue as well to eliminate bacteria, and also helps to reduce unwanted bad breath.

9. Use a mouthwash that contains fluoride to help prevent tooth decay (especially individuals with a high risk of tooth decay).
